BESCHREIBUNG
Das Objekt befindet sich in ruhiger Lage und etwa zehn Minuten zu Fuß von der Strand entfernt. Das Haus bietet Unterkunft in zwei Wohnungen. In unmittelbarer Nähe befinden sich ein Restaurant, Bar und ein Lebensmittelgeschäft.
Apartment Nr. 1 befindet sich im ersten Stock und mit einer Gesamtfläche von 55 Quadratmetern bietet ideale Unterkunft für 4 Personen. Die Wohnung besteht aus zwei Schlafzimmern, geräumigen Wohnzimmer, Badezimmer mit Dusche und einer überdachten Terrasse mit Meerblick. Die Küche ist mit einem Herd, Kühlschrank, Kaffeemaschine, Wasserkocher und allen notwendigen Utensilien ausgestattet. Der Balkon ist mit einem Tisch und Stühlen möbliert. Das Rauchen ist nur außerhalb der Wohnung, auf der Terrasse/Balkon erlaubt.
Für den Aufenthalt weniger als 3 Tage erhöht sich der Preis um 30%

- The guests are responsible for the cleanliness of the apartment
- When the guests go out of the accommodation they have the obligation to close the parasols, switch off the lights and electrical appliances, close the gas and water. As well the guests are asked while they are outside not to leave the air conditioning on if it is not necessary, and to close doors and windows while it is in use
- Baby cot is available upon guest's request in advance and is subject to availability.
- Guests are requested not to disturb the peace of the other customers from 22:00 to 8:00
- Accommodation facility can only be used by guests who are duly registered at the reception with a valid identity document
- Pets are welcome ONLY by prior arrangement. Bringing a pet implies that you will take full responsibility of your pet and that you will not leave your pet in the unit unattended.
- Guests have the obligation to leave the accommodation in the same condition as they found it, tidy and undamaged
