Description
This holiday house consists of two apartments. Both of them have private entrances from the same terrace. Styled in warm and cozy hygge style, decorated with unique arts designed by the property owner makes this place special.
Apartment nr. 1 consists of two bedrooms, bathroom, living room with a kitchenette and hedonist terrace. One bedroom has a single bed and another a pull-off sofa bed supplemented with a memory foam mattress topper that will ensure our guests pleasant night's sleep. Kitchen is equipped with a small refrigerator, portable double ring gas stove, kettle and basic cutlery. Cute and cozy living space is located in the same area as the kitchen and dining place. Even a bathroom has a simple artistic flair with colorful tiles and vintage touch. Bright terrace has a nice coffee table where you can spend some beautiful time with complete absence of anything that makes you feel stressed.
NOTE: For staying less than 3 days price is 30% higher
House Rules
- The guests are responsible for the cleanness of the apartment
- When the guests go out of the accommodation they have the obligation to close the parasols, switch off the lights and electrical appliances, close the gas and water. As well the guests are asked while they are outside not to leave the airconditioning on if it is not necessary, and to close doors and windows while it is in use
- The guests are requested not to disturb the peace of the host and other customers from 22:00 to 8:00
- The guests have the obligation to leave the accommodation in the same condition as they found it, tidy and undamaged
NOTE: Pets are welcome ONLY by prior arrangement. Bringing a pet implies that you will take full responsibility of your pet and that you will not leave your pet in the unit unattended.
