Description
The house is situated at a very convenient location, in a quiet neighborhood, a few minutes on foot away from the beach and ten minutes walk to the downtown. A shared garden with barbecue facilities is at guests' disposal.
Apartment nr. 5 is located on the second floor and with a total area of 30 square meters provides ideal accommodation for 2 persons. The kitchen is equipped with an electric/gas stove, refrigerator, coffee machine, kettle, microwave and all necessary kitchenware. This lovely apartment features a balcony with a partial sea view and is equipped with sitting garniture.
NOTE: For staying less than 3 days price is 30% higher
House Rules
- The guests are responsible for the cleanness of the apartment
- When the guests go out of the accommodation they have the obligation to close the parasols, switch off the lights and electrical appliances, close the gas and water. As well the guests are asked while they are outside not to leave the airconditioning on if it is not necessary, and to close doors and windows while it is in use
- The guests are requested not to disturb the peace of the host and other customers from 22:00 to 8:00
- The guests have the obligation to leave the accommodation in the same condition as they found it, tidy and undamaged
