Description
Object is situated in a quiet area, eight minutes walk from the public beach Koralj. A shared barbecue area is at guests' disposal. Close at hand you will find a restaurant, bar and food store.
Apartment nr. 2 is located on the second floor, attic and it can accommodate 4 persons in 2 bedrooms. There is a possibility for situating 1 person in living room at sofa bed that opens out into a bed of size 130cm x 190cm.The kitchen is fully equipped with all necessary kitchen appliances. The bathroom is complete with standard appliance and includes a shower, bidet and washing machine. Guests have at their disposal 2 terraces with a sea view equipped with table, chairs and deck chairs. Smoking is allowed only outside the apartment, on the terrace/balcony.
NOTE: For staying less than 3 days price is 30% higher
House Rules
- The guests are responsible for the cleanness of the accommodation
- When the guests go out of the accommodation they have the obligation to switch off the lights and electrical appliances, close the gas and water
- Baby cot and Highchair available upon guest's request in advance and is subject to availability (extra charges may be applied)
- Guests are requested not to disturb the peace of the other customers from 22:00 to 8:00
- Unit can only be used by guests who are duly registered at the reception with a valid identity document and visits of other guests are not allowed
- Pets are welcome ONLY with a prior announcement and at an extra fee. Bringing a pet implies that you will take full responsibility of your pet and that you will not leave your pet in the unit unattended
- The guests have the obligation to keep the grilling area clean after use
- The guests have the obligation to leave the accommodation tidy and undamaged
