Description
The house is situated at a convenient location and close to all necessary facilities. The house offers accommodation in three apartments, just a 10 minutes walk from the Old Town and city beach. A shared garden with barbecue facilities and two city bikes (additional charges may apply) are at guests' disposal.
This pleasantly furnished studio is fully equipped and intended for two people. Double bed, kitchenette and dining table, all in one space, and a balcony is overlooking the sea. There is a possibility to set a folding bed for a child. Kitchen is equipped with an electric stove, refrigerator, coffee machine, microwave and all necessary kitchenware. Smoking is allowed only outside the apartment, on the terrace/balcony.
NOTE: For staying less than 3 days price is 30% higher
House Rules
- Guests are responsible for the cleanliness of the apartment
- When the guests go out of the accommodation they have the obligation to close the parasols, switch off the lights and electrical appliances, close the gas and water. As well the guests are asked while they are outside not to leave the air conditioning on if it is not necessary, and to close doors and windows while it is in use
- Baby cot is available upon guest's request in advance and is subject to availability.
- Guests are requested not to disturb the peace of the other customers from 22:00 to 8:00
- Accommodation facility can only be used by guests who are duly registered at the reception with a valid identity document
- Guests have the obligation to leave the accommodation in the same condition as they found it, tidy and undamaged
