Description
Object is situated in a quiet location and some ten minutes walk to the beach. The house offers accommodation in two apartments. Close at hand you will find a restaurant, bar and food store.
This pleasantly furnished studio is fully equipped and intended only for two guests. Double bed, kitchenette and dining table, all in one space and a balcony overlooking the sea. Kitchen is equipped with all necessary kitchenware.
NOTE: For staying less than 3 days price is 30% higher
House Rules
- The guests are responsible for the cleanliness of the apartment
- When the guests go out of the accommodation they have the obligation to close the parasols, switch off the lights and electrical appliances, close the gas and water. As well the guests are asked while they are outside not to leave the air conditioning on if it is not necessary, and to close doors and windows while it is in use
- Baby cot is available upon guest's request in advance and is subject to availability.
- Guests are requested not to disturb the peace of the other customers from 22:00 to 8:00
- Accommodation facility can only be used by guests who are duly registered at the reception with a valid identity document
- Pets are welcome ONLY by prior arrangement. Bringing a pet implies that you will take full responsibility of your pet and that you will not leave your pet in the unit unattended.
- Guests have the obligation to leave the accommodation in the same condition as they found it, tidy and undamaged
