Description
The house is located in a quiet, peaceful residential area and its ideal location puts you within five minutes walk to the public beach Koralj, connected by 1.5 km long promenade along the sea with the center of Krk. In the immediate vicinity there is a restaurant, bar and food store.
Located on the first floor, the studio is intended only for two guests, has its own bathroom with shower and fully equipped kitchen. The room is air conditioned to ensure comfortable and pleasant stay. From the lovely balcony you can enjoy a sea view. Smoking is allowed only outside the unit, on the terrace/balcony.
NOTE: For staying less than 3 days price is 30% higher
House Rules
- The guests are responsible for the cleanness of the accommodation
- When the guests go out of the accommodation they have the obligation to close the parasols, switch off the lights and electrical appliances, close the gas/water.
- The guests are requested not to disturb the peace of the host and other customers from 22:00 to 8:00
- During your stay visits of other guests are not allowed and only guests registered at the accommodation address are allowed to stay in the accommodation
- The guests have the obligation to leave the accommodation in the same condition as they found it, tidy and undamaged
NOTE: Only pets weighing up to 10 kg allowed and prior arrangements are required. Bringing a pet implies that you will take full responsibility of your pet and that you will not leave your pet in the unit unattended
