Centrally-located within walking distance to the downtown and main promenade, our Holiday Home for up to eight persons is the perfect choice for your next family holiday on the island Krk.
With a total area of 140 square meters this villa can accommodate up to 8 guests making it perfect for two families. The house consists of two separate apartments rented as one unit, each with an area of approx. 65 m² and consisting of two bedrooms, bathroom, kitchen and living room.
The private garden offers the following amenities: seasonally open pool, sunny terrace around the pool with sun loungers and parasols and outdoor fireplace with table and chairs for all guests.
- The guests are responsible for the cleanness of the unit
- When the guests go out of the unit they have the obligation to close the parasols, switch off the lights and electrical appliances, close the gas/water.
- The guests are requested not to disturb the peace other customers from 10 PM to 8 AM
- Guests' use of the swimming pool is at their own risk. Keep the children under constant supervision
- During your stay visits of other guests are not allowed and only guests registered at the accommodation address are allowed to stay in the unit
- The guests have the obligation to leave the unit tidy and undamaged
- Pets are welcome ONLY by prior arrangement. Bringing a pet implies that you will take full responsibility of your pet and that you will not leave your pet in the unit unattended
