Apartment house is located on a very attractive location, just a few steps away from the main promenade and the beach.
In this newly renovated house you will find a modern and comfortable apartment situated on the first floor. With a total area of 40 square metres the apartment provides ideal accommodation for two persons. Apartment consists of one bedroom, spacious living room and a bathroom is complete with a shower and washing machine. There is an extra toilet. The kitchen is equipped with an electric stove, refrigerator, coffee machine, dishwasher, kettle and all necessary kitchenware. The living room provides direct access to the balcony, which offers a view of the sea and harbour.
NOTE: For staying less than 3 days price is 30% higher
House Rules
- The guests are responsible for the cleanness of the apartment
- When the guests go out of the accommodation they have the obligation to close the parasols, switch off the lights and electrical appliances, close the gas and water. As well the guests are asked while they are outside not to leave the airconditioning on if it is not necessary, and to close doors and windows while it is in use
- The guests are requested not to disturb the peace of the host and other customers from 22:00 to 8:00
- The guests have the obligation to leave the accommodation in the same condition as they found it, tidy and undamaged
