The house is situated in a quiet location, 10 minutes walk to the Old Town and public beach Portapizana.
The Apartment is situated on the first floor and with a total area of 55 square metres can accommodate up to 4 persons. The apartment consists of a living room with a sitting area and two bedrooms with direct access to the balcony with a sea view. The kitchen is equipped with an electric stove, refrigerator, dishwasher, filter coffee machine and all the necessary kitchen appliances. The bathroom has a shower, sink and WC.
Smoking is allowed only outside the apartment, on the terrace/balcony.
NOTE: For staying less than 3 days price is 30% higher
- The guests are responsible for the cleanness of the apartment
- When the guests go out of the accommodation they have the obligation to close the parasols, switch off the lights and electrical appliances, close the gas and water. As well the guests are asked while they are outside not to leave the airconditioning on if it is not necessary, and to close doors and windows while it is in use
- The guests are requested not to disturb the peace of the host and other customers from 22:00 to 8:00
- The guests have the obligation to leave the accommodation in the same condition as they found it, tidy and undamaged
