The kitchen is equipped with a fridge, freezer, coffee maker and all necessary kitchenware. Bathroom is completed with a standard appliance and includes a bathtub, sink and washing machine. The living room provides direct access to the furnished terrace, perfect for relaxing at sunset with a glass of wine. The higher level consists of two bedrooms, each with a direct access to the balcony. Apartment has a separate entrance. Smoking is allowed only outside the apartment, on the terrace/balcony.
