Description
Object is situated a few minutes walk from the public beach Porta Pizana and is a great spot for relaxing and exploring the beauties of Krk. The house offers accommodation in two apartments.
Apartment nr. 1 is situated on the high ground floor and with a total area of 55 square meters, the apartment provides an ideal accommodation for four persons. Apartment consists of a living room, double room and one room with two single beds that can be made into a double bed if needed. The kitchen is equipped with an electric/gas cooker, fridge and all necessary kitchenware. There is a bathroom with a bathtub and an extra toilet. The living room provides direct access to the private terrace surrounded by grape vines. Smoking is allowed only outside the apartment, on the terrace/balcony.
NOTE: For staying less than 3 days price is 30% higher
House Rules
- The guests are responsible for the cleanliness of the unit
- When the guests go out of the accommodation they have the obligation to close the parasols, switch off the lights and electrical appliances, close the gas and water.
- Baby cot and Highchair available upon guest's request in advance and is subject to availability (extra charges may be applied)
- Guests are requested not to disturb the peace of the other customers from 22:00 to 8:00
- Accommodation facility can only be used by guests who are duly registered at the reception with a valid identity document
- Guests have the obligation to leave the accommodation in the same condition as they found it, tidy and undamaged - Unit can only be used by guests who are duly registered at the reception with a valid identity document and visits of other guests are not allowed
- The guest is obliged to comply with the house rules.The guest who violates house rules will be unconditionally refused and required to pay the total amount for accommodation during the reserved period, regardless of the shorter stay
