Description
Object is situated in a quiet area, five minutes walk from the public beach Koralj. In this newly renovated villa you will find three spacious and comfortable apartments with a pool and beautiful terraces. A shared barbecue area is at guests' disposal. Close at hand there is a restaurant, bar and food store.
Apartment nr. 2 is situated on the first floor and with a total area of 50 square metres, the apartment provides ideal accommodation for 4 persons. Apartment consists of a living room and two bedrooms. The living room provides direct access to the spacious terrace. The modern kitchen is equipped with a fridge, freezer, dishwasher, coffee maker and all necessary kitchenware. The bathroom is as contemporary as the rest of the apartment. Smoking is allowed only outside the apartment, on the terrace/balcony.
NOTE: For staying less than 3 days price is 30% higher
House Rules
- The guests are responsible for the cleanness of the accommodation
- When the guests go out of the accommodation they have the obligation to switch off the lights and electrical appliances, close the gas and water
- Baby cot and Highchair available upon guest's request in advance and is subject to availability (extra charges may be applied)
- Guests are requested not to disturb the peace of the other customers from 22:00 to 8:00
- Washing machine is available upon guest's request and extra charges may be applied
- Pets up to 15 kg are welcome ONLY with a prior announcement and at an extra fee of 14 Eur per day. Bringing a pet implies that you will take full responsibility of your pet and that you will not leave your pet in the unit unattended
- The guests have the obligation to keep the grilling area clean after use
- The guests have the obligation to leave the accommodation tidy and undamaged
- Unit can only be used by guests who are duly registered at the reception with a valid identity document and visits of other guests are not allowed
