Apartment nr.1 is situated on the first floor and with a total area of 50 square meters the apartment provides ideal accommodation for four  persons. Apartment consists of two bedrooms, bathroom and living room. Kitchen is equipped with an electric stove, refrigerator, coffee machine and all necessary kitchenware. Smoking is allowed only outside the apartment, on the terrace/balcony.

The house has limited own parking space in the yard and the guests can park for free at the public parking close to the house.
