Description
Object is located in the center of Krk and 15 minutes away from the beach. The house consists of two spacious and fully equipped apartments. The garden with a barbecue facility is at guests' disposal.
Apartment nr. 1 is situated on the ground floor and it can accommodate up to 5 persons. Apartment consists of one double room and one room with two single beds that can be made into a double bed if needed. There is a possibility to accommodate one additional person at the living room pull-out sofa bed. The kitchen is fully equipped with all necessary kitchen appliances. The living room provides direct access to the furnished terrace equipped with table and chairs.
NOTE: For staying less than 3 days price is 30% higher
House Rules
- The guests are responsible for the cleanliness of the apartment
- When the guests go out of the accommodation they have the obligation to close the parasols, switch off the lights and electrical appliances, close the gas and water. As well the guests are asked while they are outside not to leave the air conditioning on if it is not necessary, and to close doors and windows while it is in use
- Baby cot is available upon guest's request in advance and is subject to availability.
- Guests are requested not to disturb the peace of the other customers from 22:00 to 8:00
- Accommodation facility can only be used by guests who are duly registered at the reception with a valid identity document
- Pets are welcome ONLY by prior arrangement. Bringing a pet implies that you will take full responsibility of your pet and that you will not leave your pet in the unit unattended.
- Guests have the obligation to leave the accommodation in the same condition as they found it, tidy and undamaged
