The house is located in the city center of Krk, five minutes walk from the main promenade, restaurants and all necessary facilities.
Apartment 6 is situated on the first floor and can accommodate up to six people. It has three bedrooms, two with double beds and one with three single beds that can be put together if needed. The kitchen is equipped with an electric stove, refrigerator and all necessary kitchenware. There is one bathroom with a shower and an extra toilet. From the spacious living room there is a terrace equipped with a table and chairs. Apartment has a separate entrance. Smoking is allowed only outside the apartment, on the terrace/balcony.
NOTE: For staying less than 3 days price is 30% higher
- Children under 15 are not allowed
- The guests are responsible for the cleanliness of the apartment
- When the guests go out of the accommodation they have the obligation to close the parasols, switch off the lights and electrical appliances, close the gas and water. As well the guests are asked while they are outside not to leave the air conditioning on if it is not necessary, and to close doors and windows while it is in use
- Guests are requested not to disturb the peace of the other customers from 22:00 to 8:00
- Accommodation facility can only be used by guests who are duly registered at the reception with a valid identity document
- Pets are welcome ONLY by prior arrangement. Bringing a pet implies that you will take full responsibility of your pet and that you will not leave your pet in the unit unattended.
- Guests have the obligation to leave the accommodation in the same condition as they found it, tidy and undamaged
