Description
The house is situated at a very convenient location, in a quiet neighborhood, a few minutes on foot away from the beach and ten minutes walk to the downtown. A shared garden with barbecue facilities is at guests' disposal.
Apartment-studio nr. 4 is situated on the first floor, fully equipped, air-conditioned and intended only for two persons. Bedroom is separated from the kitchen and dining area and the west facing balcony is equipped with a table and chairs. The kitchen is equipped with an electric stove, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, kettle and all necessary kitchen utensils. Apartment has a separate entrance. Smoking is allowed only outside the apartment, on the terrace/balcony.
NOTE: For staying less than 3 days price is 30% higher
House Rules
- The guests are responsible for the cleanness of the apartment
- When the guests go out of the accommodation they have the obligation to close the parasols, switch off the lights and electrical appliances, close the gas and water. As well the guests are asked while they are outside not to leave the airconditioning on if it is not necessary, and to close doors and windows while it is in use
- The guests are requested not to disturb the peace of the host and other customers from 22:00 to 8:00
- The guests have the obligation to leave the accommodation in the same condition as they found it, tidy and undamaged
NOTE: Pets are welcomeONLY by prior arrangement. Bringing a pet implies that you will take full responsibility of your pet and that you will not leave your pet in the unit unattended.
