Description
The house is located in a very convenient place, a few minutes away from the beach and 10 minutes walk to the Old Town. A shared garden with barbecue facilities is at guests' disposal.
The house consists of four fully equipped apartment-studios situated on the ground floor.
Apartment-studio nr. 1 consists of a bedroom with double bed (160cm x 200cm) and sofa bed of size 120 x 190cm. Kitchen is equipped with an electric cooker, refrigerator, coffee maker, toaster, kettle and all necessary kitchenware. The apartment has a lovely terrace equipped with garden garniture. Smoking is allowed only outside the apartment, on the terrace / balcony.
NOTE: For staying less than 3 days price is 30% higher
House Rules
- The guests are responsible for the cleanness of the accommodation
- When the guests go out of the accommodation they have the obligation to switch off the lights and electrical appliances, close the gas and water
- Baby cot and Highchair available upon guest's request in advance and is subject to availability (extra charges may be applied)
- Guests are requested not to disturb the peace of the other customers from 22:00 to 8:00
- Unit can only be used by guests who are duly registered at the reception with a valid identity document and visits of other guests are not allowed
- The guests have the obligation to keep the grilling area clean after use
- The guests have the obligation to leave the accommodation tidy and undamaged
