Description
Object is located in the center of Krk and 15 minutes away from the beach. The house consists of two spacious and fully equipped apartments. The garden with a barbecue facility is at guests' disposal.
Apartment nr. 2 is situated on the first floor and it can accommodate up to 5 persons. Apartment consists of one double room and one room with two single beds that can be made into a double bed if needed. There is a possibility to accommodate one additional person at the living room pull-out sofa bed. The kitchen is fully equipped with all necessary kitchen appliances. The living room provides direct access to the furnished balcony with a sea view and equipped with table and chairs.
NOTE: For staying less than 3 days price is 30% higher
House Rules
- The guests are responsible for the cleanness of the accommodation
- When the guests go out of the accommodation they have the obligation to switch off the lights and electrical appliances, close the gas and water
- Baby cot and Highchair available upon guest's request in advance and is subject to availability (extra charges may be applied)
- Guests are requested not to disturb the peace of the other customers from 22:00 to 8:00
- Unit can only be used by guests who are duly registered at the reception with a valid identity document and visits of other guests are not allowed
- Pets are welcome ONLY with a prior announcement and at an extra fee. Bringing a pet implies that you will take full responsibility of your pet and that you will not leave your pet in the unit unattended
- The guests have the obligation to keep the grilling area clean after use
- The guests have the obligation to leave the accommodation tidy and undamaged
